A. Yes, we rent out trucks, trailers, auto transports, tow dollies, blankets, appliance dollies. You also need a valid drivers license for rental of equipment.

Q. Can I reserve a U-Haul over the telephone?

Q. Can I drop off a rental after office hours?
A. Yes. After parking the rental trailer or truck, place the key and the contract in our U-Haul drop box located in front of our office.
Q. Do you carry boxes that I can purchase?
A. Yes, we carry a variety of size's to choose from. We also carry tape, and packing supplies.
Q. Do I have to have a Driver's License to rent any U-Haul equipment?

Q. Can you install a hitch for my truck?
A. No. We are not a full service U-Haul Dearship.
Q. Will you lift a trailer up and hook it to my truck?
A. No. We are not a full service U-Haul Dearship.
Q. If we have trouble on the road with rental equipment can we call you to come and fix it?
A. No. On your contract is a toll free number that you'll need to call if you experience any roadside problems and U-Haul will send someone out to fix the problem.
Q. Can I write a check for a U-Haul rental?
A. No. Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card only.
Q. Do I put up a deposit when I rent a truck?
A. If your paying with cash you do. But if your paying it with credit card or debit card you don't have to, the deposit is waived.

Same applies with One-Way Rentals.
Q. Will I get any money from my deposit back?
A. Your deposit will go toward the final cost of the U-Haul rental, depending on mileage you could get some money back, or you could owe some money. But your deposit will go toward your bill.
Q. Do I have to put gas back in the truck I rent?
A. Yes. We will show you what level it needs to be put back at.
Q. When I rent a U-Haul one way do I have to pay all the money up front?
A. Yes. You can pay with Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, no checks.
If paying with cash you will get your deposit back at your drop off location providing you don't go over the mileage and days allowed. Also you have to put fuel back in a truck rental.
